While they are collectors I did find that they DO go after collectors that are not following the rules ACCORDING to Bud Hibbs and their web site .
They definitely seem the enemy of Unifund and they stated that they do not do do CCC's.
While I would not use them, they had some good points at least at face value. I also listened to some of their phone calls they had with people calling in that wanted help, and they told them what was what and what to do.
Hey it is good to know the enemy as well as the friend.
