Cook the macaroni and mix the mac and cheese together. Then add a can or two of tuna fish. Then I add canned vegetables, whatever I have. Usually at least a can each of carrots, peas, and corn. Sometimes lima beans or even green beans. Mix it all together. By now you've probably cooled it down enough that you'll want to put some on a plate or in a bowl and nuke it for a minute or two.

I make a BIG casserole when I make it, and it lasts several days. Just put some on a plate and nuke it. Good for taking in lunches, too.
I personally can't stand tuna...and equally hate Kraft Mac n Cheese (and Cheese Whiz, yuck!!). Son on the other hand has been putting tuna in mac n cheese since he was about 12 and since Moi was working, he needed to learn how to fend for himself if he was starving. I don't think he ever puts veggies in it though. Will have to tell him about that part. He can cook but if he works out he's late on fueling up and he has low blood sugar so needs to eat quickly after a workout. He can now recognize when he's low (not like when he was younger) and instead of a quick glucose fix, it's better if he eats a good healthy meal. It's bad enough the nights he has class and eats a box of trail bars and a half gallon of juice after work in the car on his way to classes just to to get through the next several hours. He always has an extra Power Aid with him and he carries glucose but always hopes he doesn't have to use it. Makes him sleepy after a sugar rush.

As for the protein, all of my family on both sides are people with a little meat on their bones (not over weight, but large frame people) except for my oldest brother. He was skinny as a stick and ate more than anyone in the house. When we were kids he got into body building and high protein diets. He would crack raw eggs right out of the carton into his mouth; eat nothing but steaks, lean hamburgers, etc.

He ended up being so built and muscular no one could believe he was the same skinny kid he used to be.
DS is 21. Six foot, about 185 and whipcord lean and mean. He works out for strength and speed not bulk. In high school when he played football as well as baseball, he bulked up to 215 and was just huge. Sixteen and 1/2 inch neck!! He is much faster and agile without the bulk and there's not any difference in strength.

I think the easyest is to buy fish rub, different types. Then wrapp the fish on aluminum foil, I like adding onions and lots butter. Throw in the oven or a grill, fish is usually well cooked in less than 30 minutes. Once done put it on a plate and he can reheat in the microwave when he gets home.

My favoryte is to use, some ADOBO "spanish seasoning" then garlic salt "I use it for evereything" after that you could add some lemmon peper. 30 minutes at 350 and you done.

If you make on the grill, when you see the sealed aluminum foil fill with hot air. Flip it. I usually flip it four times or so.

Talapia is cheap fish and good, I like mahi, mahi and snapper. I eat a good deal of fish since I am allergic to Shell fish
