And they usually don't report you late until you miss the second payment, so I'm sure a lot of people just pay the money, thinking it's worth it because it doesn't go on their reports. On the other hand, probably a lot of folks don't even know about their reports.
You could send a few payments CMRRR and see how long it takes for them to get and post the payment
