from the Texas Bar Journal...

Just for Hannah:
MONITOR WARNING READ AT OWN RISK

A letter from a Bell County JP dated 40 years ago...written to counsel about a client who had entered the JP's office...name and date redacted by me, but are found in the TBJ.

Mrs. xxxxx contacted me in my office this date reference case #12345.

She started the conversation by pleading guilty to the charge and then proceeded to explain the circumstances surrounding the alleged disturbance. She stated that she did not use profane language, but merely stated facts. She advised me that (name redacted by me) had had twelve children by eight different men all out of wedlock. She stated therefore that when she had told (redacted) "You are a whore with a house full of bastards" this was descriptive rather than slanderous.

Under the circumstances I agreed and dismissed the charge pending against her in my court. I trust this meets with your approval.

Didn't it show that it was something I had posted? Monitor warnings are implied as soon as you see that in this forum

I suppose I could always use my impolite emoticon but this is NOT the proper forum for that and Qtip might slap me around if I did...I am rambling aren't I? Need more coffee....

I am quite sure it is the Nyquil that I took at 5 am...

WAIT...that has alcohol in it, doesn't it??

You are a cheeky broad my dear...that's libel as opposed to slander...

2. I saw the title

from the Texas Bar Journal...
And assumed you had a new mixed drink for us to try.

3. Why is Hannah so worried about me od'ing hubby when she is sucking Nyquil at 5:00 am?

Hey now...TBJ is where the Motion to Start Over came from...you should have known that anything else I put out there for your consideration would be at least on par with that...

And I did spare you the excerpt from the South Texas marijuana trial where the witness described having stayed in a roach motel.

You never told us the Motion for Mulligan came out via the TBJ - besides I stayed sober at AOC
