Carla Blair - yes she is a big wig. I'm not sure how big, but big enough that she has appeared in some of EX's court cases.

I did a dispute with EX, which can back reviewed, and they kept it on (CACV putting on a TL) So I would then write a letter asking HOW they investigated this, and dispute it again, as it should not be on there.
Do you think if I spoke to a bigwig like Carla that I would get some where?
BTW what are the ways they do investigate?
