| Their mail address for ordering a report is
Experian
PO Box 2104
Allen, TX 75103
I would send it there and dare them to refuse it. They are the most customer unfreindly of the bunch. They make it very difficult to find an address, and not everyone wants to send a dispute online or by phone.
Edit: They have a different address on their website, which makes it more confusing.
PO Box 9600
Allen, TX 75013.

| Thank again PR.....
This is very minor, I am just trying to get them to put the correct phone number on my fraud alert because Citi wont raise my limit until thats done.
I forgot how absolutely infuriating these companies can be. No address is listed on their site that I can find and you cant dispute online without a report number. I guess they are trying get peopel to pay for a report...how freakin slimy is that? |

| They want you to pay for a report, but they also want to cut cost and time. They don't want people opening and reading mail all day. But, they also won't care if your dispute is lost in the shuffle and you can't prove you filed a legit dispute. |

| You can get a free report each year from each agency.
In addition, you can get a free report if you've been denied credit. It seems to me that Citi just did that.

| I think the PO Box might be based on where you are in the country. |

| That's what I was thinking, too. But if you send it to the wrong box, they may send it back and tell you the right one.
