I wanted to introduce myself. I think this is the right place to post.
My name is David A. Szwak. I am an attorney and I handle a large volume of Fair Credit Reporting Act and other types of litigation.
I live and practice law in Shreveport, Louisiana, but I handle cases all over the United States. If I am not licensed in the location then I file for pro hac vice admission.
I also co-own three web sites which you might enjoy visiting from time to time: Dispute Credit Report Errors and Mistakes from Equifax, Trans Union and Experian - www.MyFairCredit.com, Stop debt collector abuse and collection agency harassment, and MyFairAuto. Sorry, this site has a post limit before you can submit a URL.
Each of those sites have a Dispute Forum which is really a library of content well organized and chock full of case law, form document, pleadings, discovery devices, black letter case law, opinion copies, news articles, CLE outlines, etc.
We have member attorneys available for most of the states in the event you need to consult with counsel. Our member attorneys are all NACA members and most of them teach FCRA [and related topics] through NACA and National Consumer Law Center NCLC.
I hope to post information to this forum. It looks great. Thanks for permitting me to register.
