I would take it one step further and dispute with specificity. Accounts illegally reaged. Balance History does not agree with scheduled date of removal.
Definitely need to dispute with specificity to Cap 1 directly. Read FACTA - they can decline to investigate for vague reasons. Do some research and see if you can find a high up muckety muck, such as General Counsel...address disputes to them.
