The last thing you need is a loan, I know you feel like you do, but you don't. Call the credit card companies on the phone. Tell them you are afraid you are going to default and ask if they will lower the interest rate for a period of time so that you can get the balance under control. Whether they say yes or no...STOP adding to these cards, throw them away and get to paying them off. You have to get out of spending mode, and into paying mode.
