Thanks to all! Found Chief financial officer ...Executive offices in McLean on Yahoo... Capital One annual reports... have used annual reports executive office phone numbers before to bypass all the BS and contact an executive's office with good luck thus far (not on credit related items) but was unable to find general counsel... thanks to Hedwig I now have it!
