| Juny went berserk today... massive approvals...there are couple of clues that the system was somewhat broken, although there were people at CB that reported getting the 10-day notice and also some with denials. While I was pleased with the $25K they gave me, I have another question about their process given that they always pull TU and I am supposed to have an FA over there.

| I'm still not convinced that they won't make adjustments, but it was reporting on EXP when I looked a little while ago...
Rumors abound with some thinking it is a quirk in the system and some thinking that adjustments were made in advance of an expected announcement from the Fed on Monday regarding interest rates.

There are a number of cards through their partnerships, so someone would really need to look through all of the cards to see what fit their needs best. The thread at CB was pushing 70 pages at last check, and it was only started yesterday afternoon...
There is no rhyme or reason to who is getting approved...some with scores in the mid-700's are getting declined or getting a further-processing message while others with high util% have been getting approved...in a way, it resembles the traditional Juniper quirkiness. The no-more-than-three card rule that Juny seemed to have been following was not in play during the binge although many opted not to see how many they could get...and there also did not seem to be many denials for the other typical Juny reason of "sufficient credit with Juniper."
Nobody quite seems to know what is going on...although I have no doubt that some idiot will call them and talk about this monster thread they saw and that they don't understand why they were declined

| If you get multiple cards with them, will they later combine them and combine the credit limits like Citi does?

| I got three cards with this spree for a combined 33.5K limit. Only one TU inquiry showing so far.

I stopped after one for $25K...exroomie is still waiting to hear on two apps, spaced about 18 hours apart. She went for Vegas and Harvard...

| Did ya'll happen to catch the spitting match going on between CB and FW? At one point it went completely out of control.

It wasn't just CB and FW...some of the people banned from CB that went to another site tried to play both sides of the fence, showing one face on one board and the other face on the second board.
What gets me are the dipshits that still insist on calling trying to combine cards and basically calling attention to themselves. Knowing how quirky Juny can be, I would have been content to leave the cards in a sock-drawer for a good 90-180 days until the dust settled before I even *attempted* to combine limits. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that my solitary approval survives the purge that is going on...

| I haven't followed CB for a long time, and haven't ever really followed FW.
What's the spitting match about?

| I know....I saw postings from one particularly banned person....was amazing the different tone that person took when on CB looking for help.
People are definitely not thinking before they act...they get caught up into a frenzy and do really odd things. Take the TC/TU/CIP fiasco going on now. People calling up asking why their *b wasn't working. Yeesh people....

CBers picked up on it and came over initially trying to justify/explain things, but it quickly turned into a @#$-stirring storm - pretty much on par with any of the nastiest "Yo-Mama" fights I've ever witnessed. I was frankly surprised it was allowed to last as long as it did.
