| Absolutely. But your best bet will be loans done through your university. Basically, the university vouches for you and says "she's good for the money because she is pursuing a degree". Most of the time these are government loans.
But you will need to go through your Universities financial aid office and give a legitimate declaration of your true expenses. They won't give you credit for things that are not necessities. They calculate based on what a normal student needs to live on.
I suggest you get to know your financial adviser at your school. It's a lot of paper work, but they know what to do :-)
