My husband and I have wroked hard in the past year to clear up his bad credit. We managed to pay off 10 of his delinquent credit items, and only one remains. We have a couple of high interest credit cards that are current that we would like to pay off and also, I lost my job about 3 months ago, and we got behind on rent. To get to the point, we would like to borrow $10000 to get caught up on rent, pay off the credit cards, pay off a personal loan of $1700 to our bank, and buy a second car. Does anyone know of any lenders that will lend to a person with bad credit? Any suggestions would be helpful. And please don't preach, we were young when we got ourselves in trouble and have learned our lesson. We are just trying to give our two children a home and a great life. I'm not preaching, but I'm working for lending industry for last 11 years, and I know, that to get personnel loan in your situation is impossible, so maybe you should consider to move to a cheaper place, or talk to your landlord to prorate your rent, you will pay him more every month and you probably will need to save cash for another car and buy what you can afford, consider to get a second job it will improve your situation.
