Capital 1 are well known to give a card to everyone with moderate credit history, some even bad. i would give them a go.

someone is always telling me orchard credit cards! I had a bank of america card! It really was a bad bank!
I would recommend dealing with a bank, the rates are a lot cheaper!

If your credit history is 'okay' and your Capital One card is 'maxed out' I would suggest another credit card is not going to be the brightest idea. You need to stop spending money that you don't have.

dont be daft avoid all credit cards if u are so desperate to buy anything save up and pay cash then you cant get into debt street.
