Brainless OC response
Why/how would an OC have trouble understanding a question like "Have any of the CRAs contacted you about the referenced account, and if so, who and when?" And in their quest for universal enlightenment regarding such a bizarre and convoluted question, why in the continuum of the universe would they need a copy of a report to answer it?
