Hi Folks,

Just wanted to get some clarification before I go into court with Eq next week.

The FCRA states that if a consumer requests a reinvestigation of an item "a CRA shall provide written notice to a consumer of the results of a reinvestigation.... not later than 5 business days after the completion of the reinvest., by mail etc.

What is the amount of time they have to repsond? Do they have another 30 days, 15 or what?

Also, when I requested they provide me with information on how they they verified the innacuracy, they failed to do. By them not doing so, does that strengthen my case?
