What is the amount of time they have to repsond? Do they have another 30 days, 15 or what?

Also, when I requested they provide me with information on how they they verified the innacuracy, they failed to do. By them not doing so, does that strengthen my case?
Hi Duke,

If I remember correctly, when requesting the verification information, they will probably feed you a line of crap and will not give you the answer they should give you . It happened to me before, keep in mind that CRA's are a little more aggressive that CA's in court. Does not mean that one should not sue them, but depending on your level of litigating experience. This might be one to consider having a attorney on board.

Everything that they do that fails to comply with the statues will help your case.
