Questioning on credit card fraud.?

I just received a call from my sheriffs office in regards to someone complaining about me supposedly using their card to pay for my internet bill. The amount charged was 114 dollars. I've been having problem with my internet for a while, names being changed and cc numbers being changed. The problem is this woman purchased products from me so I have had her information in possession. I don't know how my internet bill got paid with her card info but all directions are pointing to me. I have to give a statement at the police department on Monday and dont know what to say. Any suggestions? What could sentencing be on a charge like this if I cannot prove my innocence.
I would just not go in, but that makes me look guilty right?
The payment I guess was made over the phone.

Just tell them exactly what the deal is. They are going to contact the Internet provider as well. If you have an Internet crimes division in your PD, or a very helpful Internet provider, they will easily be able to tell if you paid your bill using that other card from your home.

If its impossible that you made a mix up and used her card, let them know that. Explain that you keep client/customer info separate from your finances and they are not combined.

take legal council with you if you go, not to do so is foolish
unless they have a warrant for your arrest I would not go
Cheers
remember"anything you say can be used against you"
why not contact the "victim" and offer to pay the 114$

Sounds like phishing for your personal info. I hope you didn't give them your cc info over the phone. If you did, notify your bank and close the account right away/
