Fill an official complain with the credit card co. and, it will be a matter of time before the credit card co. credit back your accounts with them. May help if you quote all due references and c.c. your correspondence to the international co. showing that you have nothing to hide!

Well your credit company will most likely reverse the charges, but you may have to wait a while to give it time to arrive. If it takes over a certain amount of time then they will refund your money.

Dispute the charge on your bill.

It's expensive for Visa, MasterCard, etc., to deal with disputes. When a company generates too many disputes, they lose their merchant account.
