Is the target red card/ credit card a good choice?

I do most of my shopping at target so the 10% off days would be handy, and I really love that they donate a percentage to the schools. From what I can tell, it seems about average rate-wise compared to the other cards I am looking at. Is it a good option?

The Chase freedom cash card is better. It gives you 3% cash back on things that you buy the most and 1% on everything else. So when you shop, you don't just save on target things, but everywhere u go. I have one and I think it's one of the best credit cards out there.
