Correct date of original delinquency.........

How do you get the exact date of your original delinquency to a creditor show up on your credit report, instead of the date that a collection agency claims that they received that debt for collection?

You are likely dealing with two different issues. The date that a third-party receives an account may properly be reflected as the date opened. However, the fall-off date must be keyed to the date of first major delinquency preceding the charge off by the original creditor.

You may want to post both tradelines in the credit repair forum for more guidance...this forum is more about obtaining credit or discussions about issuers (the second half of credit repair).
