In order to get the report, use a current creditor who regularly pulls your CR as being denied.

Can you get in trouble for this? Can I use the the JDB that I just won my MSJ against.

If you have ANY report number for an Experian report - if you go to their website, and enter that number, the report you will see is current - in other words, its not a snapshot of the date of the original report.

You get a free report within 60 days of anytime you are denied credit or insurance, subjected to credit line increase, denied a renting a residence, or any other adverse action. You can also get a free report if you are unemployed and searching for a job, or if you are on welfare.

I have some recent denials that I guess would earn me a free report

if you pull everyday the only negative is that you could get a transuinion split credit file. Other than that, it does not affect your credit score.
