Collection Attorney Falls for 419 Scam

An Ohio Based Collection Attorney falls victim to a derivative
of the 419 scam. It is just not uneducated people that fall
for these types of confidence came it is also the extremely
greedy.

The 419 scam is a confidence scam that requires the victim
to put up a small amount of money to gain entry to larger
spoils. The emails that we have all received from the
Nigerian Oil mogul or advising you that you have a next of kin
far away that has left you a large sum of money are the
typical online versions of this scam.

The collection attorney accepted checks for collection from
Asia and forwarded funds minus their fees before they
cleared their bank account.

I am trying to find out the name of the collection attorney
that this happened to. If anyone here knows please advise.

I doubt you are going to find out the exact name of the law firm unless they were sued by their bank over the money. I figure it's one in Cleveland or close by as that's where the Plain Dealer is located.
