Texas Cite

What is the proper format to cite in a complaint this TX statute:

Texas BUSINESS & COMMERCE CODE
CHAPTER 17. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES
SUBCHAPTER E. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Sec.17.46. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES UNLAWFUL
(b)Except as provided in Subsection (d) of this section,
the term "false, misleading, or deceptive acts or practices"
includes, but is not limited to, the following acts:
(22)representing that work or services have been
performed on, or parts replaced in, goods when the work or services
were not performed or the parts replaced

How about wording it like this:

Sec.17.46 of CHAPTER 17 TEXAS BUSINESS & COMMERCE CODE ([section symbol]17.46 Texas BCC).

I dunno, while you wait for a Texan, have you maybe tried looking at some Texas complaints online?

Dean Malone has some stuff on his sight.

If you wanted to really be redundant then you could do that...but if you reference [section symbol]17.46 (b) (22) of the Business and Commerce Code (hereafter "BCC") then all parties involved will know what you were referencing.
