The Courts have gone over it time and again as well...I know I have posted a couple of Texas decisions, and this adds Oregon to the mix, with the decision having incorporated a Georgia decision.
It is the dipshits who insist on pursuing a frivolous line of defense that create problems for those with legitimate issues.
