There are some negative things that came off my credit, but the "biggies" are still there. And I have no idea what my scores are or how much they have been raised(if any). I am so what afraid of inquiring because I heard that inquiring will decrease scores as well. Do I need to start by requesting my credit report again from the 3 agencies, and what types of conflicts will have since this company has been disputing on my behalf??
Things on my credit: #1 late payments on Car loan, Car repossession from a joint account.(I was a co-signor) 1 credit card charge off from 2000, 1 credit card account that was closed (paid off), 3-4 various inquires, Wachovia Bank account--overdrawn ~$600 from 2001, but keeps reporting. I also have student loans reflecting, but showing "paid as agrees"
So with this, how hard will it be for me to dispute these items? Also is there a difference when your credit is "cleaned" versus negative items being removed?

Sounds like you signed up with the wrong firm. Not all are of ill repute.
The first step would be to get your credit reports and determine what as already been disputed and how many times.
