Well an attorney will charge you to negotiate the bills for you and at the end you probably end up spending as much. I would call the Original creditor and see if they accept payment from you directly, since there is a judgment I am not sure that they will take less than face value.
On my limited experience, negotiations for less than face value are done when a company sells a debt to a junk debt buyer "they buy it for pennies" and they would probably take much less than face value as long as they are making money.
Maybe other will chime in, I personally have not heard of negotiating a lower payment post judgment.
