Worst FCRA Complaint Ever Filed?

Was doing some legal research and happened upon this case, Pretlow v Afni. It is a wonderful example of how NOT to write legal pleadings and this was supposedly written and filed by an licensed attorney. I was so intrigued by the order on LN that I looked up the amended complaint on Pacer. Both the amended complaint and the case are attached.

Moral of the Story? If you are going to file a suit in any Court, make sure you do so in the proper manner.

This case was dismissed without prejudice so they could refile but I suggest they get an attorney who knows what he is doing...
