Business Credit w/ LLC

I have a 3 year old LLC for real state. The problem is that I found you guys after the fact.I wish I have found this website sooner!! The corporation is listed at my home adress. I live in a corner lot and I have an opportunity to have another maibox with different adress and I can always use a voip for business phone. We had applied for cedit under the business with no avail. I do have a TIN. Is it to late to make this change? In my pesonal credit I have Bk and it has hurt my credit history. So, I do not need the association.

Please Advise.

There is no need to have a second mailbox. But you need a business phone number listed in the white pages. You can purchase a "call forwarding" number from your local Ma-bell.

Once it is listed you will apply for Office Max/Depot, Staples, etc.

Are you an investor/speculator or have income producing properties?

Is your business operating with a positive cash flow? You said you formed an LLC three years ago, do you have three years of financial's and tax returns?

Are you a SMLLC (single member LLC), multiple member, if so what is your basis in the LLC?

How old is your BK discharge? Was your bankruptcy Chapter 7 or 13 or a 20? Have you tried cleaning up your personal credit, do you have a positive credit history post-bankruptcy?

Red face

We have a few properties, sold by owner. We flip 5 properties in the last 3 years. Since the market is a buyers market, we made the desicion of selling by owner instead of flipping in our last investment. We need cash flow to keep going. We do have finantial statements and file tax returns.
Our llc is a parneship. My husband and I. My phone is viop Vonage. Can I list it as my corpoation phone?
Bk is 5 years old. We do have a positive credit file, after BK. 3 high interest credit cards paid on time. 2 vehicles paid in half of the time finance. Currently I am trying to refi my vehicle from 15.5 to 10.99 w/ roadloands. However the scores are low 580-610.
Can BK be remove from file? If so, how can it be done?
