any software available to predict a credit score?

There used to be software out (not exactly sure how long ago) that could kinda predict what effects certain things would do to your credit score. Does anything like that still exist?

I have almost 30 inquiries (all tied to ONE application I signed at a car dealership who in turn submitted it to multiple places) that will be dropping off in about a month and wondering if that will make any significant increase in my score. There will only be may 6 hard inquiries left after that.

There are a number of simulators out there. However, with the other issues on your credit that you describe in other threads, your score is the LAST thing you need to be worrying about right now...

Geez.... LOL

I'm not worried about it, just curious how everything affects everything

I gotta do SOMETHING while I sit here waiting for letters to get returned so might as well learn something.

I don't think it will make much difference at all. It seems that the major impact of the inquiries is in the first six months, after that the effect lessens as time passes. So if they're falling off at the 2-year mark, and if they were truly counted as one inquiry, I don't think more than a couple of points.

Of course, it all depends on the rest of your record as well. There is no one answer when Fair Isaac is involved.

Yeah I wasn't thinking there would be much an improvement but at this early stage in the game, if I see one point jump I'll be glad as at SOMETHING will have had changed It gets boring looking at the same report every day LOL

And at least there will be less pages to print next time
