yes Enigma, i am. I replied to the CA about two weeks ago. Havent heard back from them yet. On my report it says that it will be on until 8/2011. So i am just doing the math which is 4years in august this year, SOL florida 4 yrs, but what ive read and asked could go to 5 depending on judge. VA which from what people on here say is 3 years SOL for Cap1 maybe , if i can use that.
