You send disputes to the CRAs, and validation requests to CA's.

If I have received the initial debt collection letter and have not responded within the 30 day period from one company am I still able to dispute this debt?
|
Yes, but they don't have to cease collection unless their is something in your state's law. [quote] Do I dispute / request validation with one credit report at a time or all three at once?[quote] Work on all 3 reports at the same time. Group by accounts vs by CRAs.

Is there a site that I can sign up with to have reports on demand.

Truecredit.com is one of the best. Now, those reports aren't good for disputing from - too much info missing, they are best for simply monitoring changes daily. The scores are not good for anything but gauging progress.

3) I also have some judgments on my credit report. I have never been served for any of them. Some are from out of state and I have no idea what they are for? What method can I use to dispute these?

Have you ever lived in those states? Do you have a common name?
