answers to admissions & interrogs..where to find?

Could someone pls help? i've been searching posts & threads looking for sample answers to admins & interrogs however the only sample answers i find are for summons...maybe i'm not looking in the right post or thread? could someone please direct or redirect me to a post/thread that may contain a sample answer? thanks!

Admissions and interrogatory questions can be somewhat different from case to case. I don't believe there is a boiler plate.

really? oh man! i was trying to find one a father had posted from her daughter's suit to get an idea on how to answer mine...i remember his post was quite lengthy but specific and right on for his answers. should've just gone w/my initial instinct and saved it .

I just figured that since most suit have the same blah, blah, blah admns & interoggs there would be a sample out there...wonder if CIC has any?

My suit is w/LVNV and is at JP court.

well, i kinda figured i could answer as follows, don't know if it;s right; feel free to advise or critique:

1. Defendant was the recipient of an account with XXX ("Creditor").

RESPONSE: DENIED

2. Account number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ("Account") was issued to Defendant.

RESPONSE: DENIED

3. Defendant expected to repay all obligations incurred through the use of the Account.

RESPONSE: DENIED

4. Creditor is entitled to charge late fees and over credit limit fees on the Account.

RESPONSE: UNABLE TO ADMIT OR DENY - LACK OF INFORMATION; Until the
filing of this suit, Defendant was unaware as to the existence of the subject account or the Plaintiff’s right to collection.

5. Defendant has promised to pay Creditor, its successor and assigns, for the purchases and cash advances provided by Creditor to Defendant.

RESPONSE: DENIED. Defendant has no proof Plaintiff has been assigned said account.

6. Defendant received monthly statements showing the amount of charges or cash advances on the Account.

RESPONSE: DENIED

7. Defendant received monthly statements showing any payments or credits to the Account.

RESPONSE: DENIED

8. Defendant received monthly statements specifying the monthly installment due and owing on the Account.

i thought w/jdb suits filed at JP, they would all have these same admins & interrogs but i could be wrong. thanks!
