As of late I have received several cc offers from a former creditor and there is a case over in the case law section that coincides with the irony of this situation.
The small print says that they may offer new opportunities including transferring balances....hint, hint, hint.... in the future and you are bound by all future revisions of the cc agreement.
In other words, if you owe them any money they may transfer the old balance to your new account and start billing you.
