they are listing duplicate tradelines on my cr and verifying them with the cb's..and not marking the accounts in dispute...they use two different locations for each tradeline claiming one is an auto loan and the other an auto lease , yet use the same account number...both are bogus and were sold to allgate financial and then to vanru..i was able to get vanru and allgate off my reports but not us bank,they acknowledge receiving my dispute letters but will not provide any verification of these alleged accounts ..im drafting my complaint yet i dont know where to send it to..when i look up the us bank tradelines that are listed on my cr , they use one place in ohio and another in minnesota so i dont know where to send...
