borack and assoc

I've received a letter for $1080 amount due from Borack and Assoc. What do I do? I have 30 days to contact them or they will assume that the debt is valid.

You must DV them and send it CMRRR.

Is this for a Capital One account? What was the date of first delinquency?

just received a voicemail message from Borack and Associates

I lived in Florida but left 20 months ago

do you think I should send them a letter advising them that I am no longer a FL resident? (an attempt to preclude their filing a suit)

does Borack sue out of state parties?
