Hello, I am new here and completely LOST. I am getting sued by HSBC and am currently working with Clear Debt Solutions to get my debt paid off but am still getting sued. Clear Debt told me to file an "answer" to the court and to the lawyers office but thats really all the help that they gave me. Can someone please help me out? I'd like to get this taken care of ASAP.
The complaint is states:
1.plaintiff is a banking association existing uner the laws of the u.s.
2. defendant is a resident of sarpy county
3. plaintiff and defendant entered into a credit card relationship identified with acount .............
4. the defendant used the credit card account, but failed to make payments and went into default
5. as of april 21, 2009 there is presently due and owing from the defendant to the plaintiff the amouth of 4.384.10 plus accrued interest in the amount of 956.54 and interest continuing to accrue at the rate of 0% pursuant to N.R.S section 45-103 (2) or n.r.s. section 45-103, whichever is greater.
6. defendant is not a member of the armed forces.
so basically i will admit to statements 1, 2, 3 and 6 but what is a good way to answer statements 4 and 5?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Totally Lost!
