I need to know how to word a motion

I need to know how to word a Motion for a subpeona (sp) so the CRA's turn over all communication in regards to DW's CR's

Here you don't need a motion, you just go ask at the courthouse to have them signed. Here subpoena forms are online and you fill them out and take them to the courthouse to be signed. It's a part of discovery. Check your RCP's. Sorry I haven't had the time to read through them yet.

Yeah but CRA's are not part of suit...YET...I have been told CRA's only reply to a order signed by a judge

That's not true and don't believe it. They all responded to the subpoena's I sent.

Read this. If your local rules require you to motion for subpoena, set it up just like any other type of motion and detail why you need the subpoena.
