Fuming Mad LVNV reinserted

Ohh you have no idea how mad I am...sitting on the recliner decide to pull my reports...

On EX and EQ LVNV has re-inserted a Ca account that they deleted back in may when I threatended to sue them because I was in the middle of a mortgage.

I still have a copy of the UDF from Dawn Anders as well as thier fax stating they could not validate and the recorded phone conversation stating they could not validate...

so do I give them a chance or do we go right to court?

Under a 500 now....FICO...Util is at 76% this is the only baddie....

Still pissed but calming down....upon further investigation this is a different account from MCI...the original was only for 96.00 this is for 402.00 but same OC which is MCI...

Looking for the proper LVNV process service address. Waiting on my time deadline of 12/20 to expire. The morons sued last year, then realized that SOL ran, so they re-aged the account. I have copies!

The mailing addy on my CR is Greenville SC. Checked the Nevada Sec of State website for registered agents, showed to be in Reno (in spite of the LV part of the name) and the agent showed company officer addys in a different NC city. Hmmm....

Different account numbers, different dates, VERY different amounts - the only thing in common is the OC.

I would fully protect myself and treat it like a brand new collection (just in case it is).

Lessee here...you have the name of someone that sent the UDF. I would have already made the phone call to see what was up. But as jlynn noted, this may be a new matter, and with all that data not being a direct match, there is not enough to claim reinsertion (especially in this day of phone company mergers and acquisitions).

It has come to my attention that this thread has been sharked by another board owner. I am posting this here for all to see who may click on the link from the other site.

Since this is not the HOF forum I can't really say what I think about the other board owner and her illegal and bad tatics to increase the traffic on her own site which is information gahter and sharked from the real sites on the net.

This problem was taken care of in a very QUICK manner. This was not the same account as previous posters have mentioned. However LVNV was quick to remove it and provide me with the required proof within 48 hours of MY FIRST E-MAIL.

Further my credit scores while not the best had nothing to do with my mortgage rate as I was in the 700's when I obtained my mortgage. The only nosebleed I can see is yours from having to walk up so many flights of stairs to get to your apartment since you probably cant afford one on a main level. It is also none of ANYONES business to say what my rate may be ( are you in the mortgage industry? or the banking industry? no I didn think so) So since you seem to be bent over and talking out of your rear like usual you have nothing to back it up. I can assure you that my house is much better then an apartment in CT with no air and fans running all day.

To all who view this thread. There is a right way and a wrong way to do things in credit repair and litigation and ROTTENWINER, SYLVI, CIPHET, BROKE CHUNK and any posters remotly close to those names is a WRONG WAY....It all hot air, sharked threads, and mis informed knowledge.

People here at IC are here to help others not tell you what is right and wrong. Stay here on this board if you want real help

Hell Jay, you know that Pamela doesn't know how to do things the right way. Maybe you could get one of her cats to teach her right from wrong though...oh wait, you probably have a better chance of teaching them to ride her bicycle than to communicate anything to her...

And on edit...I'm curious...did the sharking occur AFTER my post that had the reminder of the content being the property of IC? If so, then she was on notice that it was not to be reproduced. I know she didn't ask me and I doubt she asked Qtip.

You should notice on the PDF (in case original disappears) that there is a time stamp of last night 10:30ish pm. You will also notice that she specifically quoted YOU but edited out the notice...so yes, she has no excuse to NOT be aware that she did not have permission to repost content.

For you to insinuate that I was hiding something because my scores went from the 700's to the high 500 in 6 months is SLANDER plain and simple.
