Enron Acceptance Corp

This thread is for entertainment value only and to show that we are making progress. Enron Acceptance (AACC) has gone from $32 a share to less than $15. This occurred in about one year. The stock is sitting right on its alltime low and if it goes down a bit more, should head into single digits, all in a rising market.

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=AACC&t=1y

And if you want some insight into the corporate culture there....read the message boards: http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/mb/AACC

Despite our numerous frustrations......in the big picture, something very bad is happening at Enron Acceptance.

Wow, that was very entertaining. Is there a site for watching paint dry, grass growing?

If someone is so certain the stock would continue to decline, then the fiscally prudent thing to do might be to play the options market. Oh wait...some would rather simply bash a company than put their money where their mouth is...

LOl...Centex. Why would I want to trade a market that is currently being investigated for stock manipulation by the owners?

The defense of Asset is entertaining. I assume that attorneys want Asset around to violate because of the business it generates for them on both sides of the fence.

I am not bashing a company, I have been pointing out since the price of $26 that this was going to sink like a rock You have said all along it would go up.

Perhaps I should ask your advice on what stocks to buy, so I can short them as well?

(My last post on this thread....dont worry mods no feuds here)

Investigations don't stop investors and traders from making money if they know what they are doing.

Nah, it won't be your last post. You are too stubborn to stay away. However, I don't recall saying it would continue to go up. I do recall telling people over time that it has not plummeted the way some forecast that it would. When it hit the $17-19 range, there were some on the boards as far back as the AoC days that were saying it would be in the penny stock range in a matter or weeks. Seems to me we have gone through a few quarterly reports since then without that event having occurred.

What I have told people is that if they are so certain it was going down, then they ought to make money on it in the best way possible...options. For disclosure purposes, I am covered on both sides of the equation, sort of like...oh a majority of options traders.
