Now this is just weird.

This number called, left a blank message at work....

came up with "Horsham PA"

Yes...Horsham is where NCO is. But I called the number and it was answered by TNS or T and S. A recording said that they were a survey research firm and that if you received a phone call it was to ask your opinion about something and was not a sales call.
