This is messed up and it looks like because she started out with an attorney and then later appealed on her own it kind of screwed her because they stated that the court didn't have to show her any pro se slack.

There was another case thats how I cam across this one..They submitted a MTD and the Fed court in OH waited until this decision came down before they ruled..

I will see if I can find it..
