Ok guys...I am preparing the roggs for the real estate case..as I would like to sever them upon the defendants when the judge approves out joint status report at the rule 16 conference which is 10/10

Now my question is...and I was not thinking so please dont bash me ok...

We agreed on 25 roggs per side and 10 depo's per side...Now there are 6 defendants...if I am correct I can only serve 25 roggs in total even though there are 6 defendants...Which means I cant serve 25 roggs per defendant correct?

Thanks for the replies...

Jay

If you agreed to 25 in total, then it's 25 in total for the entire suit. You need to go back and review what you agreed to first and foremost. BTW - if it's 25 total, don't just jump in and ask away. Think long and hard about what you need to ask to make your case airtight.
