Request for Admissions

Hello everyone! Finally made it by again.
So many websites, so little time.

Looking to tighten up my understanding of Requests for Admissions. Lets start simple.

In order to get my RFAs answered properly (Federal).
I need to ask that an officer or ....?

Be the person that answers them?

* BTW for those who have not followed my case elsewhere. I seem to have a good judge.

At the status hearing, after sparring with the Defense Counsel, there was a sudden a dramatic need for the JDB's attorney to give the Judge assurances that they would NEVER collect or report on the alleged debt again. LOL

I have not been keeping up with your case as of late and as for who to ask questions, you may need to do some investigating to know the answer to this and it depends on what you want to know.

Ask anonymously or have a friend inquire and find out who's the boss or in charge of operations per se' collections or records.

You would ask the RFA's to the defendant (which presumably is a Corporation) and the defendant would choose the person who makes the answers. Part of the FRA's would be questions about the identity of the person answering.
