First of all let me apologize to anyone I may have offended. I certainly had no intention of implying ALL attorneys are bad. That being said-I don't know if I was the plaintiff. I was so upset when I left the courtroom I may have put the papers in file 13. I did find earlier paperwork from them regarding the National Arbitration Forum which they found in their favor. I questioned this as well since I never had any say so in the matter. They say I failed to comply so it was found in their favor. I argued that I never recieved anything to dispute. I would have loved to put my two cents in before it went to a courtroom. I'll just bet these credit card companies make boo-coo bucks on ignorant people like myself....but I'm getting smarter every day!
