My LVNV complaint

K, decided to post my Original Complaint, filed last week. I stress over any negative criticism that may come back, but will accept it and take heed. It is modeled after Original Complaints that I have er, "seen," shall I type . Check out the RFAs beginning on pg 24. There are ~39 actions, some are different from the others but not much, based on something TR posted on AOC way back when.

My next step is to contact the CRAs to ask how they "verify." Enjoy.

Rev. Neil

If you are good at talking on the phone, yes. It never hurts to listen to see what the other side says. If you are in a one-party state, I would also record the call so you can play it back. Don't admit to anything and don't agree to anything unless of course they are willing to give you everything you want.
