| Getting info by Supeona
I know some have been able to get ACDV's and DF forms by begging etc... I'm trying too! It doesn't seem easy. At the same time I don't want to take action against this particular CRA, no I'm not going over to the Dark Side to join drivel, I've got a Santa Claus there and I just don't want to burn bridges. It's the neatest thing in the world just to have someone, hit a key and delete TL's, four times, even if they shouldn't have been there to begin with.
Anyway, their general counsel said it would be available by supeona and if it was given to me otherwise it might not be useful, not being 'certified'. So is it easy to supeona info from a party not named to the suit. AND is it possible to ask for a supeona, prior to filing a complaint? |
