Can't go into detail but I wrote an ITS and mailed it last week CMRRR and settled it by phone this morning. It will pay for 1 semester of school.

Thanks guys! And, yes, Apex, definitely in the ballpark...it helped that I could tell they were anxious to settle. After receiving the ITS, they called 5x in two days so I finally called them back...
