CRA Contact Info???

As most of you know we are currency for the CRA's. Their customers are subscribers to their information services one of which is our credit information and reports, to be sure. To make things worse, we pay money to them to monitor what their customers report on us, a lot of which is inaccurate (in some instances knowling so). I believe that the CRA's and their customers are in collusion to present the absolute worst picture of us, their currency, as possible and make it exceedingly difficult for us to get data corrected. The CRA's hide behind the fact that they are "only reporting what their subscribers report". Enough of the rant.

When we send something CMRRR to a CRA it would be nice to have a DEPARTMENT NAME and STREET ADDRESS to send the letters to instead of a PO BOX.

Does anyone have such information??

TIA

I have sent letters CMRRR to the CRAs PO Boxes with no problems...............however, I found out that it is a total waste of money.

CMRRR letters get routed along with all of the other form letters out there. The best way to get an actual human to see your disputes is by handwriting it and sending it CM only (not RRR).

The only time I would send them CMRRR is if I was gathering up a paper trail OR addressing their legal dept. (In that case........I do have the physical addresses if you would like them )

Thumbs up As mentioned before

why not go and visit? Make sure you get to see the whole file and not just one 'as of'' and ask to see all the ACDV's and such.
