| have you received your GLB Privacy letter from Arrow yet? If not a violation.
I would change Jlynn's answer to DV Pioneer and CC Arrow.
That is what I do.
About a year ago Arrow did what they are doing to you to my DW. They went as far as to file suit. It's funny how fast they settled when I counter sued and offered all my CMRRR green forms at the pre-trial hearing. We settled in my DW favor.

| Addtionally, look at the definition of Communication in the FDCPA. Specifically, "directly or indirectly" - you got a dunning letter from one - it came form both. You DV one, you've DV'd both. Won one on this. |

| Isn't Arrow the company that the IL SAG is going after.
They use other CA's and when you DV them they send it to another CA including attorney's- I have DV'd 5 times to different CA's and an attorney.
I have never recieved anything that resembles validation or verification of the debt. This debt is a large amount they have sat on for 5 +yrs.
The attorney's office sent me a letter signed by the acct manger of Arrow that they are familiar with my acct. I sent back a letter saying I dispute and this is not validation. Never heard another word for 3 months and now a new CA sent me something a month ago but I didn't DV them. |

| Do you know what the complaint against Arrow is? I'd love to contact the AG of IL and add fuel to the fire. Just like Ruby they have been doing the same thing to me and like Ruby I DV them and never hear from anyone until the next CA.

| Arrow called me and called me and called me with no dunning letters of any kind but they did place it on my CR. It was for a Qwest phone bill according to the CACSR I spoke to on the phone. I have never had Qwest, it's not even offered as an option here, and told them that. I sent DV twice with inconvenient to call clause, no reply. Contacted city police and filed a phone harassment complaint as they were calling twice a day every day of the week for 2 months. Sent copy of police report to Arrow. Haven't heard from them since and they deleted the tradeline.

You're citing continued collection activity right without DV? They still have the right to try and collect even if it is OOS except, of course, if they never validated.

Thanks Hannah. Yes it will be continued collection activity because they never have validated and I have requested validation 3 times.
Thanks to everyone for giving this info, I never did know about this and probably never would have known. I best get busy.

| Update Received letter today from IL AG stating that a copy of my consumer complaint has been forwarded to Arrow for their review and response. Arrow may contact me about a possible settlement and the IL AG office encourages me to consider any reasonable offer. Their office will respond back to me if Arrow sends their response to them. Sounds interesting, doesn't it? I want Arrow to be punished for their evil ways I hope the IL AG socks it to them.

AFNI should be added to list of CA's that IL AG needs to go after. I got a letter from IL AG regarding my complaint against AFNI as well. I am hoping to get rid of them soon. |
